Where is the county on the HS - 8 site?  I thought the next step was to take place in July.  I am hesitantly excited for HS - 8 to be in our neighborhood now that they've given a plan that moves the stadium away from our  backyards and gives a 2nd entrance (not everyone's excited about that I hear -- sorry Kipheart) but they have Sept '15 as their open date and I don't see it happening if they drag their feet since the site is challenging enough building-wise.  Does it make a difference that the Lex-7 Site could be open a whole year earlier in 2014?
