The open band discussion has been quiet.  Has there been any updates on how Broadlands' case is progressing?  What about our new board?  I saw that there had been some special meetings awhile back to discuss Open Band, but unless I am missing it, I have not seen any updates.

As for the new "boxes" of more digital channels.  I admit to be disappointed.  I no longer get to use the digital tuner that is part of my tv, and the upper level channels (87-3+) no longer exist, and the regular channels do not seem of equal quality of the "old" upper level channels. My husband and I have already had to go out and purchase a universal remote as the remote that came with the boxes were not really of stunning quality.  Granted, they are functional, just not as good as the one that came with our tv that unfortunately does not work with the new cable box.
